This is a commission based role for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, interviewing candidates to assess their skills and fit, and facilitating communication between clients and candidates. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What We’re Looking For:
•Strong Consulting abilities
•Experience in Interviewing candidates
•Excellent Communication skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•2–3+ years’ experience working in a recruitment consultancy (any sector).
•Proven track record of sourcing, managing clients, and closing placements.
•Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
•Ability to start immediately.

Location: Remote (UK-based)
Start Date: Immediate
Earnings: 30–50% commission per bill (uncapped)
